This award-winning brunch combines catering from three of Al Qasr’s best restaurants – Al Hambra, Arboretum and MJ’s Steakhouse. Those seeking the true Dubai brunch combo of belt-busting food and a constant stream of drinks will not be disappointed.
A glass of fizz on entry starts the festivities off with a pop. The best seats are outside on the beautiful terrace overlooking the Madinat Jumeirah canal and the Burj Al Arab. Start off with a course of eggs – the Eggs Benedict with salmon is delicious – and sushi before heading outside where you will be greeted by a number of stations serving burgers, and a selection of Thai, Arabic and Mexican cuisine. We recommend trying a foie gras burger as the meat is deliciously soft and juicy.
The best part of this brunch is the open kitchen – which you walk around and chefs prepare you fish and foie gras dishes to your taste – the red snapper is definitely worth sampling. If all that walking around is too much, don’t worry – you can grab a cheeky mojito or fresh juice on your way around. Entertainment comes from a live band, where a fantastic singer sings acoustic versions of chart-toppers – starting off with chilled songs and ending with the latest R’n’B tunes to get you in the party mood.
