Britney’s Big Top Comeback!

The rehearsals

Brit hit the dance in studio every day in the months leading up to her tour, to rehearse the dance routines to her 16-song tour set.

And on top of what, the star added two - hour cardio and strength workouts three times a week into her fitness schedule.

"It's a non - stop workout," revealed a tour source. Adding "Britney is thrilled with the result"

The diet

Ditching the fast food and calorie-laden frappuccinos in order to get in tour shape, Brit signed up to US food delivery service, Sunfare to ensure she never ate more than 1,200 calories a day.

And the Womanizer star dropped over 10 kilos in preparation for her big comeback.

“She receives between 1,100 and 1,200 calories per day,” said a source about Brit’s eating plan. “She loves the turkey burger, chipotle chicken wrap and lasagna. She also gets a sugar-free dessert two to three times per week.”

The deal

In order to take her two sons, Sean Preston, three, and Jayden, two, on the road with her, Brit was forced to strike a deal with Kevin, who still retains the majority of custody.

Shelling out Dhs18,000 a week for K-Fed to join the tour as 'babysitter' the singer had to agree to base the boys in three location in the US New Jersey, New Orleans, and Los Angeles and will commute to all the various venues.

The Show

Dancing ninjas, a magician who makes Britney disappear on stage, a Bollywood version of her collaboration with Madonna, Me Against The Music, stripper poles and firebreathers all combined to make what fans have Twittered as an “Amazing spectacle!”

Add to the mix around 25 costume changes and a mix of her tracks from Baby One More Time and Slave 4 U to Toxic and Piece of Me, and an opening provided by celeb blogger, Perez Hilton, and this is one 90-minute show well worth jetting out of the UAE to catch!
