The menu may be small, but it’s complete. Brasserie Angélique’s one-page menu houses many a traditional French dish, including Burgundy snails, classic hand-cut prime beef tartar and roasted black chicken breast with spiced blood orange marmalade.
Only local vegetables, fresh ingredients and quality meat are allowed to pass through the kitchen. Almost nothing is delivered frozen to the kitchen of Chef Niels van Oers. Exceptions are only made in cases when freezing complements the taste of certain ingredients.
