Brasserie Angélique Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi
The Parisian-inspired interiors are swoon-worthy. With wooden parquet and black and white mosaic floors, ornate chandeliers and delicately moulded ceilings, you would be forgiven for thinking you were dining on Rue Montorgueil.
Looking for the perfect pairing? The clued-up waiters can match your choice of food with the perfect beverage, and in addition deliver table-side shows, preparing dishes with finesse.
The menu may be small, but it’s complete. Brasserie Angélique’s one-page menu houses many a traditional French dish, including Burgundy snails, classic hand-cut prime beef tartar and roasted black chicken breast with spiced blood orange marmalade.
Only local vegetables, fresh ingredients and quality meat are allowed to pass through the kitchen. Almost nothing is delivered frozen to the kitchen of Chef Niels van Oers. Exceptions are only made in cases when freezing complements the taste of certain ingredients.
