AMY WINEHOUSE_s incarcerated husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL has had his bid for early release rejected by prison officials.
Fielder-Civil is currently serving a 27-month jail sentence at Highpoint Prison in Suffolk, England after he was convicted of causing actual bodily harm (ABH) and perverting the course of justice.
It was reported last month that the 26-year-old had finally agreed to an early release deal which would see him wear an electronic tag and live with his mother in Nottinghamshire, England - 136 miles (219km) away from Winehouse's north London home. He was expected to be released this month.
But according to Britain's News of the World tabloid, Fielder-Civil was told on Friday that his application had been turned down.
And the decision has left his mother GEORGETTE CIVIL fuming.
She says, "Blake and Amy are devastated and I am livid.
"The Probation Service told us they were happy for him to live with us and we expected him home. Now they have told Blake he will either have to go to rehab or a hostel or stay in prison until he completes his sentence. It's a disgrace."
And Winehouse's mother-in-law is now planning on taking the matter to the British government.
She adds, "I am going to take my protest to the Home Secretary. I'm going to get my Blake home."
