Beyoncé brought out special guests including Serena Williams and husband Jay Z to help close her Formation World Tour in New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium on Friday 7 October.
The lady behind Lemonade took to the stage for the last time on her tour and surprised the audience with a number of duets.
She brought out tennis star Serena Williams for her hit Sorry, which sent the crowd wild. The sports icon rocked a black sequin-embellished leotard and sat in a throne onstage before twerking along to the song.
Beyoncé then performed with rapper Kendrick Lamar for an energetic rendition of Freedom, their duet from her album.
And for the finale of her show, Beyoncé sang her hit Drunk in Love with a special appearance from hubby Jay Z, making this the couple’s first performance together in over a year. The mother-of-one looked divine in a gold two-piece outfit.
Actor Hugh Jackman, Frank Ocean and Orange is the New Black star Taylor Schilling were among the stars who attended the gig.
Jackman wrote on Twittter, “There is only one Queen! @Beyoncé #TheFormationWorldTour”.
We wish we’d been there!
