Beat Those Stretch Marks
Q Are there any exercises I can perform to help with stretch marks?
A. Stretch marks are the result of rapid growth. They can appear anywhere on the body, but are most likely to appear in places where larger amounts of fat are stored, such as the abdomen, breasts, hips and butt. They don’t pose any health risk. You need to take a three-pronged attack to blast stretch marks – creams, diet and exercise. To help reduce stretch marks I would recommend a mixture of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Try swimming, yoga, squats and plyometrics.
