Beach Rotana celebrates the Abu Dhabi Food Festival
In celebration of the UAE’s culinary diversity combined with modern cooking techniques, the three restaurants at the hotel; Finz, Indigo and Essence will transform into gastronomic destinations for the food lover.
Head to Essence from 5 to 20 Feb to celebrate the authentic flavours of Emirati cuisine in addition to the extensive buffet offering boasting a vast array of oriental delights.
If European flavours are more your thing, Niclas Yngvesson and Gustav Knutsson, owners of the Michelin starred restaurant Bhoga in Sweden will be showcasing their culinary prowess at Finz from 11 to 14 Feb, with a special a la carte menu featuring the finest seafood. During this period, guests can also indulge in a special dinner complete with bubbles, which will take place on 13 February.
If you’re the type that wants to learn how to recreate their famed dishes, the critically acclaimed chefs will show you how to create an extravagant three course menu at their Gourmet masterclass on 14 Feb. Indigo is for the curry lover and for those who adore the fragrant spices of India. With a menu fit for a maharaja, chefs Ashfaque and Irfan Qureshi will be serving up their own family classics from 17 to 20 Feb, with a special tasting menu available in both veg and non-veg options for both lunch and dinner.
