Every year Galeries Lafayette hosts the world’s biggest
runway show in Paris. This year, Galeries Lafayette Dubai flew 10 residents
over to join the sartorial throng – a parade of personal style brought to you
by our fave department store. We were there and striking Sandra Bernhard
lookalike Marta Vezzaro caught our eye, so we pinned her down to steal some
style secrets...

What are your
favourite labels?
Chanel, Roberto Cavalli, Elie Saab, Marchesa , Valentino
and Bottega Veneta.

What colours should
we all be wearing this season?

I adore the emerald green, I will definitely be wearing it
with gold, and some fluro shades with black.

Top three trends
this season?
A big hat, a peplum dress and chunky jewels. Always wear
some jewellery, the bolder the better.

The one and only Anna dello Russo’s, of course. I adore
Anna dello Russo, Olivia Palermo, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kaiser Karl.

How did you feel
when you found out that you had been picked out of hundreds of hopefuls to join
Galeries Lafayette Dubai in Paris?
I was so thrilled I couldn’t breathe for a while and then
I screamed out my happiness.

Who was the first
person you told about your win?
My boyfriend

What suitcase
essentials did you pack?
Makeup, raincoat, sneakers, high heels and, naturally, a
peplum dress!
