Tucked away in the quiet town of Ghantoot, lies one of Dubai’s best kept secrets – Plastik. A spin-off of the famed Nikki Beach of Cote d’Azur fame, this white sandy haven is where the hottest bikini-clad models from every part of the world can be found on a Friday afternoon in the UAE. The VIP area, comparable with any other party hotspot on the international scene, has everything from opulent magnums, look-at-me sparklers to a private Jacuzzi for every table – life, for the social set of the UAE, really doesn’t get much better.

Don’t plan a night-out after though as it’s going to take a while to recover from the events of the day and at least a couple of hearty showers before the champagne gets washed out of your hair. While it’s not the South of France, we’ve got to admit, it might as well be.
