At.mosphere’s New Menu

When it comes to a holistic dining experience there are few better restaurants than At.mosphere. The views over Dubai from the 122 floor are magical, so make sure to book a table close to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The service is special with waiters assigned to each element of your meal (including the water) and instead of creating a sense of disjointedness, it’s all impressively seamless.
The starter of hand-dived scallops with winter mushroom, celeriac, leeks, and haricot blanc cappuccino (Dhs170) – poured over at the table – was a beautifully light blend of flavours and textures. For mains, you’d be crazy to miss At.mosphere’s signature Maine lobster with confit duck, crackling, pea velvet, Asian dumpling and caramel soy (Dhs350). From the josper, the wagyu brisket (Dhs275), cooked low and slow for 48 hours, disintegrated into juicy, fat marbled strands with the push of a fork. The accompanying potato mille feuille delivered spot-on texture combinations with a crisp exterior and soft interior.

For dessert the tiramisu soufflé was feather-light and delivered all the flavours of the original in each airy spoonful. Each  dish was artfully presented, but not overly fussy. And so with every box ticked from taste to service and setting – At.moshpere is an exceptional experience you have to treat yourself to.
