Hamptons meets London with a dash of LA – that’s how this TV chef and cookbook author describes her home. “All the doors, cupboards and materials have been shipped from the US and many things have been custom-made. Then we simply added our furniture and pictures from Paris and London,” she says.
In the Bundy home, the furniture is mainly Eames (Vitra), B&B Italia, Ligne Roset and Bloomingdale’s Home, plus a few iconic pieces from Bouroullec Brothers. “I particularly love our Poggenpohl kitchen with its Sub-Zero fridge and professional Wolf Appliances,” she says.
Unsurprisingly for a writer of cookbooks, the kitchen is the heart of the home – complete with its own American-style pantry. “It adjoins the family room, which means I can watch my son play while looking out of the big window and into the green garden. It’s a perfect set-up.”
