We all saw the embarrassing performance Miley Cyrus gave at this year’s VMAs, but who would have guessed it would spark the latest fitness craze, the ‘twerkout’? Mimicking Miley’s dubious dance routine – in which she shakes her hips up and down in a bouncing motion – the twerkout is set to become the hottest high-calorie burning fitness class. Celebs are loving the raunchy move, with Harry Styles, Vanessa Hudgens and Rihanna having tried it out, eager to achieve the toned muscles it creates.
Over in LA, celeb fitness trainer Dave Kyle has launched dedicated twerk classes, but you can do it anywhere, all you need is some music and the moves!

How to Twerk:
1.Turn you feet, knees and elbows outwards and bend your knees.
2. Arch your back and put your hands on your knees with your wrists turned outwards.
3. Shake your hips back and forth.
4. The, while in a squatting position shake your bottom up and down.
5. Repeat the process moving quickly to the music.
