Show Me the Way to Amarillo!
Amarillo is a modern Spanish restaurant and bar in Dubai's Jumeirah Lakes Towers

JLT’s dining scene is about to heat up with the addition of a swanky new Spanish restaurant and bar.

Based inside the new Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers hotel, Amarillo will offer fusion tapas to a  lively backdrop of electronic beats.

Open nightly from 6pm, the new bar is set to offer something different to JLT residents – and with its imaginative and futuristic decor, we can see this becoming a popular after-work alternative to the district’s more traditional pub-style offerings.

The design-led venue features white interiors, pearl mosaic floors and signature stag emblems – and as Amarillo is Spanish for yellow, the colour naturally predominates!

Mixologists will be on hand to blend together long or short cocktails and mocktails, while a combination of cosy nooks and an open-plan layout of tables sets the scene for smart yet casual socialising.

Resident DJ Michelle Love, who’s made a name for herself as Mexico’s leading electronic dance music producer, will be creating an upbeat soundscape – her eclectic blend of musical genres has seen her perform onstage with the likes of Steve Aoki, Tiësto, Markus Shultz and Ruben Le Ronde, to name a few. If you’re an EDM fan, you now have one more reason to drop by!

INFO: 6pm-3am daily, Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Cluster T, accessible from Lake Level, off Sheikh Zayed Rd, Exit 32, 04 567 1100,
