Oatmeal: Great for giving you sustained energy. It keeps you fuller for longer so you can keep going for a greater period of time.
Scrambled eggs: Always a fab breakfast food. Eggs are a rich source of protein and keep you feeling full to stop you snacking throughout the morning.
Coffee: It’s an essential for me, especially if I’m starting early on a job. It gives me the energy I need to get going.
