A passenger DIES on an Emirates flight from Dubai

An Emirates airline flight from Dubai to Adelaide was forced to make a landing at Mumbai airport, after a passenger collapsed and passed away on board.

According to a report by Emirates 24/7, a 60-year-old Australian national died after he suddenly started bleeding from the mouth and nose. Flight EK 4440 landed in Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport Mumbai at 7.30 am and the passenger was rushed to the hospital.

According to the report, the airport authorities told Indian media that the passenger had cancer. When the man was taken to a hospital in Mumbai he was declared dead.

Because of this tragic incident, the flight was forced to return to Dubai. All passengers were accommodated in hotels and the EK440 from Dubai, left for its destination the next day.

Our hearts go out to the deceased’s family and hope that they find strength in this trying time.
