A baby stole a teddy bear from IKEA and the cutest thing happened
You know how kids are. They see something they want so they take it. A three-month-old infant went on a trip to Ikea in Dubai and she saw a teddy bear she like and took it home. Her family were oblivious to the fact that the little girl had bought along a new friend Bjorn along until they reached home.
The grandparents of the sneaky young girl shared the story with Ikea’s Twitter:
Dear @IKEAUAE I have a confession— D.N.S. (@DubaiNameShame) June 25, 2019
My 3 month old, very cute, innocent granddaughter has accidentally sneaked this out of your store without paying today
As much as it was innocent, I am happy to pay for the doll or send my granddaughter to do a shift on your tills..you choose pic.twitter.com/NC8KsjHrsn
Just when we thought we couldn’t love Ikea more, Ikea Twitter found the story cute and decided to gift the teddy bear to the girl but under one circumstance...
Hey Hey! We are so happy that she liked Bjorn The only thing we will need is for her to give him all the love he needs and take care of him— IKEA UAE (@IKEAUAE) June 26, 2019
This started a hilarious thread where people accused the grandparent as an accomplice to the crime and that she’ll be nicking Rolex’s from MOE next.
Sounds like you re an accomplice to theft now.— *~Bin.Abudabz~* (@Bin_Abudabz) June 25, 2019
