and Christian Dior. Now, he's here to help you! Just follow these tips and be
on your way to the top

1. Want
super shiny hair? Apply a small amount of organic avocado cooking oil to the ends
of your hair and leave on for 15 minutes before rinsing. Avocado oil has been proven
to add shine with a natural glow and it gets absorbed into your hair cuticle
rather than coating it.

2. Try
soaking your hair in vinegar for 15 minutes and then washing the hair with
shampoo. The vinegar will provide a deep cleanse, leaving your hair shiny,
clean and gorgeous. Be very careful it doesn't get into your eyes though. You
can also mix egg whites and avocado oil and let them dry into your hair rather
than shampooing it out.

3. For
a fantastic shine, try a natural deep cleansing treatment: blend avocado oil,
half an avocado, coconut water, a little lemon and honey and smother onto your
hair. Leave for 15 minutes, then shampoo and wash.

4. After
shampooing and conditioning your hair, rinse with cold water to seal the hair
cuticles, locking in moisture and shine.

5. Your
hair is extremely vulnerable in the sun so make sure you cover up! A sun hat or
scarf not only protects your locks but also makes you look stylish.

6. Make
sure you get your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks to keep it in tip top condition.

7. Did
you know that plastic and metal brushes can damage your hair? Invest in a
natural bristle and you'll notice the difference within days.

8. Are
you a colour-holic? Make sure you don’t overlap the colours when you touch up
as over-colouring can cause your hair to break and snap off.

9. Get
the most out of your wash by brushing your hair before shampooing. This will
help to remove product build-up and scalp flakes, as well as stimulate the
scalp and promote blood flow. Team with your favourite shampoo and conditioner
for straight-from-the-salon results!

10. It is very important to
make sure you have washed out all products when washing your hair, as they can
cause the hair to appear dull and lifeless if left in!
