Whether or not horse racing’s your thing, there’s no doubt that this action-packed day of fashion, fizz and fillies is Dubai society’s ultimate red-letter day. Throw pint-sized megastar Kylie Minogue into the mix and you have all the ingredients for a memorable occasion that combines everything the UAE does best.
