World Trade Center Mall Hosts Ramadan Activities
An Abu Dhabi shopping centre is holding an array of events to mark the Holy Month.
Visitors to World Trade Center Mall (WTC Mall) are being presented with iftar welcome boxes containing dates and water, to a backdrop of traditional oud sounds.
Children can try arts and crafts, meet characters from TV cartoon Khousa Bousa and listen to stories told in English and Arabic in the Public Square.
Until 5 September, visitors who spend at least Dhs200 in any one store can enter a draw with the chance to win a family holiday to Antalya Aqua Park, Turkey; Disneyland Paris, Legoland Windsor, UK; or Kidzmondo Beirut, Lebanon.
Etihad airways is also running a promotion, offering shoppers three Etihad air miles for each dirham they spend at the mall.
Talal Al Dhiyebi, Executive Director of Asset Management at Aldar, said:“The World Trade Center Mall is honoured to be celebrating Ramadan with a number of compelling experiences that are in line with the spirit of the season.
