Want your artwork to be displayed on Burj Khalifa?
Calling all artists!
It doesn't matter where you live, you now have the opportunity to have your artwork displayed on the world's tallest building. Sounds like a dream come true doesn't it? Here's how.
Emaar has just put out an open call for works to be submitted for its LED light show currently being projected onto the Burj Khalifa. Submissions are open until February 28, and 10 winning designs will be splashed across all 109,252 square metres of the iconic structure, reports The National.
The announcement was made on Instagram and we think it truly is a fantastic opportunity for artists and animators to be able to showcase their work on an international level. Another point to be noted is that Burj Khalifa just set a Guinness World Record for said light show, so it truly is a force to be reckoned with.
While the deadline for submission is February 28, it is yet to be announced when the 10 winning designs will be projected onto Burj Khalifa. We know that the light show is running until the end of March, so hopefully during that time period.
We're super excited for this, it's such a fantastic opportunity! For more information and guidelines, click here.
Good luck to all those participating!
