This year we’ve invited an expert judging panel (read about them in our March issue of VIVA) to choose the winners out of hundreds of entries, plus we’re giving you – the dedicated VIVA reader – the chance to have your say too. Our judges will be getting together in the coming weeks to debate, apply, try and test all of the products that are on the market to come up with the Best Of Beauty shortlist. Once the shortlist is agreed, the gloves will come off as they vote to determine the winners of each category. These winners will be announced at a glamorous awards evening of VIP's early April.
