1. Paddleboard Yoga
Best for: Developing core strength and getting a toned tummy, just like Jennifer Aniston’s.
What’s involved: You’ll begin by getting to grips with Jen’s favourite sport, paddle boarding. The boards are surprisingly large and pretty stable. You’ll then drop a mini anchor from your board to keep it stable as your instructor runs through a yoga class with the waves gently lapping around you.
