BLACK TAP COMES TO DUBAI

DAILY

I’ve been excited for this spot to open for months and it’s finally here! I recently got to check it out, and was quite impressed. Famous for its freak shakes, Black Tap serves up an array of comfort food including burgers, wings, and fish and chips. Given that it’s recently opened, this spot is already very popular so booking in advance is highly recommended. It’s also advisable not to go when you’re absolutely starving, because food takes quite a long time to arrive. I ordered one of the tastiest veggie burgers (Dhs90) I’ve had in Dubai with a scrumptious black bean patty, while my dining partner opted for the rather-sizeable Bison burger with mozzarella (Dhs120), both of which come with fries. For dessert, we couldn’t resist ordering a candy floss-topped strawberry shake, along with a peanut butter shake (Dhs65 each) that was consumed in minutes. INFO: 11am-12.30am daily, Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel, 04 422 9904, blacktapme.com
