The Oberoi in Dubai Unveils the Art of Fine Dining

For the whole of the month of October, Ananta, the hotel's signature Indian restaurant is collaborating with the award-winning XVA Gallery in Dubai to provide a multi-sensory dining experience that hones a deep appreciation for art, combining sight, smell and taste. Four of the gallery's resident artists will be showcasing their works in the elegant eatery, which is then perfectly complimented by a uniquely crafted menu inspired by the work of these talented artisans.

With Indian cuisine ever-evolving, the menu includes authentic bites with a contemporary twist, which includes dishes such as pepper fried tiger prawns accompanied by fennel and spinach salad, Virgin Mary sorbet and green apple wafer, and banana leaf wrapped masala foie gras, served with grape coulis, kumquat marmalade, and curry leaf caviar. We are especially excited about the rechado spiced scallops with mango and cilantro ceviche, because the Solkadi foam served with it, is actually a rather swish twist to this traditional drink, usually consumed after meals as a digestive, made from coconut milk. Can't wait to try it!
