Get excited foodies! McGettigan’s are all set to launch their new restaurant, The D Bar & Grill, on 14 February - Valentine's Day!
The D Bar & Grill is a fine dining restaurant brought to life by executive chef Richard Stratton. The restaurant boasts traditional Anglo-Irish fare with a modern twist which have been adapted to the weather and tastes of the Middle East.
Keeping up with their Irish roots, the focus is on Irish ingredients and traditions. The kitchen is a modern open plan so you can check out meats like the Irish Black Angus beef and Welsh lamb being cooked to perfection. As for the room layout, the rooms contain beef aging cabinets, smoked salmon displays and large lobster tanks and scallop beds. We can't wait to Instagram that! There's also an artisan cheese room encased in Irish stone and glass with a selection of cheeses all sourced exclusively from Irish farms.
