Fitness addict Andreia Brazier has been training since she was 14 years old. But it was only this year that she decided to put all that training to the test and try her hand at fitness modelling. “I was working out regularly, but I was looking for a challenge – something to inspire me – and the competition was it,” says Andreia. Within a few months she won two competitions, which took her to the Wbff World Championships where she beat 43 other women to claim the crown of Wbff World Diva Fitness Model Champion. Andreia trains four times a week, but each training session will focus on a different part of her body such as chest, legs, back or obliques. This personal trainer who runs Total Body Conditioning (totalbodyconditioning.co.uk), was recently in Dubai. So in between, running masterclasses and training clients, we asked Andreia if she would create an exclusive workout just for us.
