The view here is perfect for romance. The floating pavilions and terrace overlooking the shimmering pools, and a floor-to-ceiling windowed space from the restaurant offer magnificent ocean vistas. Take a set at the adjacent bar and sip a cooling cocktail before the meal begins.

Beyond the beautifully presented plates, the service is impeccable. The waiting staff are both knowledgeable and friendly, welcoming diners with warm, typically Thai hospitality. On hand to make recommendations and advise the dishes best suited to you based on preference, it’s clear that here is where they will go the extra mile to make sure that your meal is truly special.

Try the beef salad to begin. It’s one of the restaurant’s signature dishes and combines sour and spicy flavour profiles through an expertly prepared fusion of chillies and lime to whet the appetite.

If you’re watching your waistline, this is eating out without compromise. Try the poached seabass in soya sauce, bok choy, coriander, spring onion, red chili and ginger if you’re looking for a healthy dish that packs a robust flavour punch.
