Recipe: Roast Potatoes
1kg waxy potatoes, peeled and chopped (into halves or quarters depending on size)
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Heat the oven to 180C.
2 Mix the potatoes and the oil in a bowl and season with salt and ground black pepper.
3 Transfer to a baking tray and roast for around 40 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
