RECIPE: GREEN OLIVE AND ARTICHOKE TAPENADE

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 6)

3 tbsp capers, drained
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp black pepper
10 large pitted green olives 
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can artichoke hearts, drained

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to the desired smoothness. Spread onto toasted bread with grilled veggies and smoked turkey breast.
