tried and tested favourite among the city’s socialistas, the C’est Moi label is the brainchild of Indian-born designer Rashmi Kumari Ahmad. Following her years in New York, spent designing and producing garments for top fashion houses such as Armani and Jenny Packham, Rashmi decided to use her experiences to create something new upon her arrival in Dubai eight years ago – applying her design acumen to haute couture cocktail wear for an unsuspecting UAE audience. Swiftly garnering critical acclaim both regionally and internationally, the brand experienced aggressive growth in the four years that followed, with a presence all over the Gulf catering to the elite, including customised orders that are created for royalty.

Fast forward to 2014 and C’est Moi’s success still shows no sign of waning, with retail giant Bloomingdale’s having hosted an exclusive fashion show for the brand. In addition, a huge boost for the label came in the form of a Fashion TV and C’est Moi charity gala collaboration where former Miss Worlds and Victoria’s Secret models graced the catwalk.
