Ramadan Working Hours for the UAE Private Sector Announced

Ramadan is a time for fasting, reflection and shorter working hours!

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has announced that working hours for private sector employees in the UAE are being shortened by two hours for the holy month of Ramadan, reports Khaleej Times.

The announcement comes a day after the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources declared that working hours for government employees will be from 9am to 2pm across the UAE.

Ramadan is expected to begin on Saturday, May 27.
