The Queen Park Rangers in Dubai!

Here at Ahlan! we love a bit of footie, so we were happy to hear that London's Queen Park Rangers recently travelled to Dubai for five days of warm-weather training.

Mohamed Aghoury, General Manager of Meydan Hotels where the boys stayed during their visit, said: “We are happy to have hosted the Queen Park Rangers at our hotel. All our staff worked very hard to ensure that the players felt at home and that they enjoy their time with us.”

Aside from some downtime golfing at The Track, most of the team's time was spent training at the Sports Complex. Head Coach, Chris Ramsey expressed: "The Meydan Hotel was fantastic and perfect for this sort of trip. The staff has been superb and the facilities are second to none. We really enjoyed our visit, and I am sure we will return in the future. From the facilities, to the catering- it ticks all the boxes for us and I could not speak any more highly of the whole experience with the hotel.”

Next to pop in at Ahlan! for a visit, boys!
