The glittering Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF), on from 6 December to 14 December, will see a galaxy of stars converge on Madinat Jumeirah to watch some of movieland’s hottest films, while a charity gala, One Night to Change Lives, will raise cash for Oxfam and Dubai Cares.
