New Brunch Times Announced at Cravin’ Cajun

Cravin’ Cajun, the region’s only licensed restaurant of its kind, will be going back to its Louisiana roots with its timings which will allow you to enjoy a relaxing weekend with that all incumbent treat of a lie in! According to management, the new timings are a fusion of the UAE’s Friday tradition with what can typically be expected from its spiritual home, Stateside.

The Friday brunch will begin at 7pm with a full four hours of indulgence at your disposal, courtesy of the abundant live stations cooking up traditional Louisiana recipes using traditional spices, including signature dishes of Southern fried chicken and waffles; Louisiana crab cake; and Jambalaya. In addition, Cravin’ Cajun also incorporates touches from its French origins of Creole cuisine with oysters, cured meats and a variety of cheeses and there will also be a vast menu of signature cocktails on offer, to be enjoyed while enjoying the sounds of the outlet’s resident Jazz trio.

“While the brunch culture in Dubai is well known, there is also a category of diners who still enjoy ‘starting’ their weekend a little later in the day,” said Kristel Calliere, Food and Beverage Manager.

“To this end, we feel that there is definitely a demand for a fresh approach like this, with the new evening timings – or, if you like, timings closer to Brunch in Louisiana,” added Kristel.

The first evening brunch at Cravin’ Cajun starts this Friday, Jan 9 2015.
