Yo-yo dieter Natalie Cassidy’s been at it again and insists she’s “not obsessed with being slim anymore”, despite dropping two dress sizes in six weeks! The actress is known for her constant weight ups and downs, and this time she says she is going to keep the weight off. Natalie achieved her new size by eating a high protein and veg diet of 1,200 calories per day, but she didn’t do it without exercise. Going to the gym regularly and running helped to tone her body. Natalie is planning on maintaining her size by keeping a check of her measurements rather than her weight as she has been known to become slightly obsessed with the scales. It all seems perfectly healthy to us; why not give it a try! We predict she’ll have a new exercise DVD out pretty soon!
