Kris Fade Goes to Comic Con!
I saw Batman stood next to Wolverine, and Superman casually hanging out with Iron Man and Spider-Man. No, this was not in my dreams, this was of course another jam-packed weekend of fun and games at The Middle East Film & Comic Con.

We had loads of stars in Dubai for the event and the first actor that passed through the studio for a catch-up was none other than the man who plays Jaime Lannister, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. The guy was genuinely very cool and laid back. Will Jon Snow return? Nikolaj told me: “You never know – just make sure you keep watching.” After I interviewed him he wanted to use the bathroom so I showed him where it was as I also needed to go. It wasn’t weird at all though and I definitely didn’t make him feel awkward as he used the stall next to me!

Rap legend Darryl McDaniels of Run DMC also stopped by, and of all the people I’ve ever interviewed, this guy is in the top three. He was motivational and inspirational and he explained to me how Adidas joined forces with Run DMC back in the day and how the whole partnership came about. You can hear the full interview at VirginRadio.com.

Finally, Christopher Lloyd of Back to the Future was extremely funny. He’s 77 years-old and hasn’t played the role of Dr Emmett Brown for 26 years, but it’s still his favourite part ever. He told me that he’s ready and willing to make another Back to the Future movie, but he’s just waiting for director Steven Spielberg to pick up the phone!
