They've all done it. Nicole Richie, Angelina Jolie, Christina Aguilera and of course, everyone's favourite super-slimmer, Victoria Beckham.
The latest in this long line is Latino Diva Jennifer Lopez.
Nine months and two babies later, the 38-year-old singer and actress has been spotted out and about with husband Marc Anthony looking better than ever.
But sources close to the beauty say she has been sticking to a gruelling exercise regime of 4am daily workouts as well as limiting her food intake to 1,400 calories a day - banning all carbohydrates.
And it's paid off.
JLo has managed to lose the reported 4st she gained during her pregnancy by shedding a whopping 10lbs a week since having twins Max and Emme.
To help her regain her famous figure, Lopez has reportedly hired a crack team of nutritionists and personal trainers - dubbed her '120 lb team' - in reference to her target weight of 8st 8lbs.
Her workouts consist of Pilates, a one hour cardio workout followed by an hour of weight training.
And as if being a new mum to baby twins won't keep her busy enough, last week the Maid in Manhattan star announced that she plans to run a triathlon in the autumn.
She said: "I want to make my babies proud."
