Grey's Anatomy actress ELLEN POMPEO is celebrating after giving birth to a daughter.
The 39-year-old and her record producer-husband, Chris Ivery, have named their baby girl Stella Luna Pompeo Ivery.
Her representative, Amanda Silverman, says the child was born in Los Angeles on September 15.
Ellen, who plays Dr. Meredith Grey on the popular series, married Ivery in 2007 after three years of dating and they announced the pregnancy in April.
The news comes just days after Ellen's Grey's co-star Katherine Heigl released the first pictures of her newly adopted daughter Naleigh.
