What started as an amicable parting is fast turning into an ugly divorce. Heidi Klum claims she and hubby Seal had a postnuptial agreement, which means no joint community assets will be split, but days later, he fired back a petition contesting this, claiming that these need to be shared. Most shocking is that while the two will likely share legal custody of their four kids, Heidi will have sole physical custody, with Seal only getting visitation rights. An insider has branded him a “deadbeat dad”, and claims that he’s not fit to be a full-time father. “He’d disappear for weeks and leave her with the kids, without telling her where he was,” the insider revealed.
“I had dreams of how I wanted things to be and planned for things and, as we all know today, they don’t always turn out as you dreamt them in your head,” Heidi told Allure magazine.
She’s certainly not spending too much time moping, though. Heidi’s been living up the single life, posing in two nude photo shoots and cosying up to a new male friend – and Seal’s not happy. “Seal’s been in a terrible mood for weeks and this has really set him off. He says they agreed not to start dating until the divorce was finalised,” said the source.
Heidi is rumoured to be dating Thomas Hayo, her fellow judge on Germany’s Next Top Model, and apparently the twosome have been flirting up a storm on set. “Klum allowed him to feed her with a plastic fork as they sat at a picnic table on set. He even appeared to have his hand on her thigh,” an insider dished.
