Victoria loves to surround herself with all things pleasurable, whether it’s within her role as brand ambassador for Abu Dhabi’s hottest bakery Maison Sucre or while enjoying local art, the Parisian beauty lives by her motto ‘eat, pray, love’.
A graduate from Sorbonne University, Victoria has been lucky enough to work for the likes of Yvon Lambert Gallery in Paris, but it’s the UAE art scene that rocks her world. “I’ve worked with amazing art specialists at Christie’s, The Third Line and Hunar Gallery and I fallen in love with Middle Eastern art. I want to eventually specialise in it.”
As with all culturalists, comes a love of great food and for that very reason, Victoria found herself befriending the owners of Maison Sucre. “I simply adore tasting, recommending and contributing my French flair to their desserts, cupcakes, macaroons and tartes. One of my most defining moments in this country has been seeing them successfully launch their bakery after months of hard work. It showed me anything is possible, as long as you have integrity and passion for what you do. Vincent Van Gogh was right when he said, ‘Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together.’”
