Fairmont The Palm to Debut BreakSlow Dining Concept at Taste of Dubai 2014
From 13-15 March, visitors to the city's biggest food fair are invited to take a break from the buzzing crowd to relax and enjoy every delectable bite of Fairmont’s new BreakSlow dining concept. Putting a new spin on breakfast that's best savoured slowly, the dishes include the breakfast shawarma, steak and quail egg hash, maple hot-smoked salmon hash and the BreakSlow chocolate brownie. Fairmont The Palm's up-and-coming chef John Buenaventura will be plating up the BreakSlow recipes for hungry visitors to the hotel's booth as well as participating in two cooking workshops (6.40pm Thu 13 Mar and 3pm Sat 15 Mar).
