Based on directions from President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Chairman of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources Hussain Ibrahim Al Hammadi issued a circular on Eid Al Fitr holidays for Federal ministries and agencies.

The circulations states that the Eid-al-Fitr holidays for Federal employees will begin on 27 July until 31 July.

This five-day break for the Eid festival means that all Public Sector employees will have a total of 9 days off, including two weekends.

All public sector employees will return to work on Sunday 3 August.

Eid-al-Fitr holidays for the private sector are yet to be announced.
