Dubai residents can now pay traffic fines in installments

Do your Dubai traffic fines exceed Dhs500?

Now, you can pay them in installments if you have a Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) debit card, reports Khaleej Times.

That's right, the bank and Dubai Police have come together to facilitate Dubai residents. The customers can avail the interest-free service and opt for a period of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months to pay the fine amount, how convenient!

Brigadier General Abdullah Al-Marri, commander-in-chief of the Dubai Police said that the innovative service has been initiated by the Dubai Police as part of its strategic plan to facilitate clients, build partnerships with the private sector, and bring happiness to the community through a series of services across several channels and outlets.

We think this is a great service providing ease to Dubai residents. Will you be using it?
