[HEAD] Damon Tudor

  • In the last year we’ve grown African + Eastern to a total of 26 outlets, and created The Cellars, a new value-driven offering in Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah. We’ve also been involved with opening a number of successful food and beverage outlets which include Cargo, Maison Mathis, Cho Gao and McGettigan’s.

  • I lead a team of approximately 150 people and provide direction by ensuring that our customers, both consumers and business, come first – always. Customer-focus is key to getting things done, as it teamwork and tenacity!

  • Work to live, don’t live to work – a balance in all priorities in life are essential to achieving overall success.

  • People I admire the most are typically leaders within their own field. Having worked within small and large companies for over 20 years there’s no single person I look to, I prefer to take elements that are unique to my own style; Carlos Brito, CEO of Anheuser-Busch InBev, I admire for his “be candid” and “reward based on success, not just efforts” approach, Richard Branson, CEO of Virgin, I admire for his “break the rules” and “change the game” approach and lastly, Gail Kelly, former Westpac CEO, I look to for her humanistic approach to leadership.
