Previously set to headline Thursday 2 February (day one) of RedFestDXB 2017, Chris Brown has cancelled his appearance at the music festival.

The announcement on RedFestDXB's Facebook page states that the cancellation is due to 'scheduling conflicts'. However, the Get Busy hitmaker Sean Paul and American rapper G-Eazy were announced to perform on the first day of the gig soon after. Joining them will be Daya and Australian twin sisters The Veronicas.

Other artists performing at the festival in Dubai Media City's Amphitheatre include pop singer Demi Lovato, Mike Posner, Tove Lo and Alessia Cara, with Dany Neville playing the closing sets.

If you wish to refund your ticket for day one of the event due to the artist change, visit the outlet they were purchased from or call 800 86823 if they were bought on Ticketmaster.

Haven't got your ticket yet? Don't worry, tickets for RedFestDXB are still available!
