Twenty-year-old Joss may not be self-conscious when she's on stage, but she's super-shy when it comes to baring all on the beach.

"I never feel gorgeous. I've got wobbly bits that I hate, and I'm as embarrassed by my figure as any woman," she says. "Every time I hear someone has a new shot of me in a bikini, I cringe."

Best workout? Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise for all-round fitness, as it promotes strength, stamina and mobility. Find swimming boring? Try water aerobics. It burns around 300 calories an hour and is a fantastic cardio workout. Better still, if you're self-conscious like Joss, just remember - no one can see what you look like when you're underwater.
