Take a bite out of the Big Apple. Intended to be a reflection of its flagship restaurant in NYC’s uber-cool Meatpacking District, the interior boasts elements such as exposed brick work, raw metal sheets, graffiti art work and leather American booth seating. It’s the epitome of industrial chic.
Celebrities love it. The Stateside location has welcomed everyone from Brad Pitt to Beyoncé through its doors. Its reputation drew rapper Lil Jon to the Dubai outpost within a few weeks of its opening and when Jason Derulo was in town, he hailed it the “Best restaurant worldwide” in a captioned Instagram shot.
Sway to the soundtrack. It’s a feel-good mix of R&B and Hip Hop vibes that will lighten your mood even if you’ve had the worst day.
Be food-tertained. The ‘Wagyu on the rock’ dish from the raw bar arrives at the table uncooked with a hot stone, so that you can get interactive with your meal. The slivers of Wagyu are already seasoned with sesame, yuzu soy and garlic oil, so you can cook it yourself and enjoy the tender meat as soon as it sizzles.
‘Hit Me’ with dessert! This four-level tower made of a brownie, cake, ice cream, and liquid Klondike bar is a delicious creation that’s a must-try even if you’re not fond of sweets, which oozes melted chocolate when you hit the top layer with a spoon.
