Walk to show your support!

BurJuman’s Safe & Sound campaign, one of
the biggest breast
cancer awareness programmes in the Middle East,
has announced that its popular community
driven yearly event – the Safe & Sound Pink Walkathon – will now take place
on 2 November.

What’s
the walkathon about? It’s a charity event that aims to create awareness and of
course raise funds for breast cancer. It’s a noncompetitive event so you can
just walk your way through it to show your support!

Plus,
a morning of enjoyment awaits the entire family. Think live musical acts and
performances, a children’s area, a fantastic bazaar, eats and treats, roaming
entertainers and lots more.

Also,
after the biggest turnover last year (which saw close to 13,000 women, men and
children participate in the walk), the organisers have decided to come up with
a new 2km route that will kick start from Zabeel Park.
See you there!

INFO:
BurJuman’s Safe & Sound Walkathon, 8.30am, 2 November 2012, Area A, Gate 1,
Zabeel Park.
