We love Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas’ gorgeous resort on Sir Bani Yas Island, and now the luxury brand is adding another property to its UAE portfolio.
The soon-to-be-opened Eastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa by Anantara occupies a prime position along a 1.2 kilometre stretch of Abu Dhabi’s protected Eastern Mangroves District and will be home to the UAE’s largest Hammam and VIP suite, The Royal Mangroves Residence.
The new luxury five-star hotel is just 15 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport and 10 minutes from downtown Abu Dhabi and consists of 222 hotel rooms and suites across five levels.
There’s also three themed food and beverage outlets; including an all day dining restaurant and a Thai speciality restaurant along with a rooftop lounge, with a fully glazed north facing facade, providing an exquisite view of the lush mangroves below. Further facilities include a luxury spa featuring a traditional Arabic Hammam, gym and fitness facility, terrace and infinity pool, and an impressive ballroom, with state-of-the-art conference facilities.
