Boxing is my favourite and most successful way to keep fit. I have a trainer and I box with him at least three times a week. My workouts are very intense, and I increase the frequency to daily in the lead up to a Victoria’s Secret show. But remember that this much exercise doesn’t work for everyone. Just do what you feel you can. My trainer was a professional boxer, so I learnt from the best. If you can’t afford a trainer, try boxing classes or DVDs.
